Mt. Spokane edges Mead 13-10

QB Jeter Schuerman racked up 102 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to lead Mt. Spokane to a 13-10 win over Mead on Friday night at Joe Albi Stadium.

The Wildcats also received impressive efforts from SB Grant Ledgerwood who rushed 6 times for 43 yards and SB Tommy Madill who rushed 9 times for 28 yards and 1 touchdown.

Mead’s QB Ryan Blair threw for 55 yards, RB CAMERON CRAWFORD picked up 44 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR MICHAEL WORKMAN had 37 receiving yards.

The win helps Mt. Spokane improve to 5-1 on the season while Mead falls to 3-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Mt. Spokane travels to Spokane, WA to challenge the Rogers Pirates on Friday October 12 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Mead will take on the Lewis & Clark Tigers at home on Thursday October 18 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
