Nooksack Valley Guard Devin Coppinger led all scorers with 20 points as the Pioneers beat Squalicum Storm 70-24 in a game at Squalicum High School.

Coppinger’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Mari Binning added 7. Squalicum fell to 0-3 overall while Nooksack Valley improved their record to 5-1.
