Medical Lake’s Amblessed Okemgbo led all scorers with 14 points as the Cardinals beat Newport Grizzlies 65-23 in a game at Newport, WA.

Okemgbo’s points came on 6 field goals and 2 of 5 free throws during the game.

Mckinley Leslie added 6. Newport fell to 0-1 overall while Medical Lake improved their record to 1-0.

Newport’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday May. 22 versus Deer Park.
