Medical Lake’s Amblessed Okemgbo led all scorers with 12 points as the Cardinals beat Lakeside Eagles 49-39 in a game at Lakeside HS.

Okemgbo’s points came on 4 field goals and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Ayanna Tobeck added 11. Lakeside fell to 0-3 overall while Medical Lake improved their record to 2-0.

Lakeside’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Wednesday May. 26 versus Freeman. Medical Lake will travel to on Thursday May. 27 to play Freeman.
