Granger’s Alexis Castro led all scorers with 23 points as the Spartans beat La Salle 58-48 in a game at Granger.”

Castro’s points came on 4 field goals, 4 three pointers and 3 of 8 free throws during the game.

La Salle was led by Natalie Newman’s 11 points and Grace McGree added 10. La Salle fell to 0-0 overall while Granger improved their record to 11-1.

La Salle’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Dec. 27 at 5:00pm versus East Valley. Granger will host Goldendale on Friday Jan. 13 at 6:00pm.
