Lakeside Eagles cruises by Medical Lake Cardinals 44-21 in Washington high school basketball game

Lakeside’s Macy Cummings led all scorers with 14 points as the Eagles beat Medical Lake Cardinals 44-21 in a game at Medical Lake High School.

Cummings’ points came on 6 field goals and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Sophie Salinas Sanders added 7. Medical Lake fell to 5-5 overall while Lakeside improved their record to 7-6-1.

Medical Lake’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Jan. 21 versus Newport. Lakeside will host Freeman on Friday Jan. 21
