Nooksack Valley High School’s Katrina Gimmaka led all scorers with 21 points as the Pioneers beat Lakewood 65-39 in a game at Nooksack.”

Gimmaka’s points came on 8 field goals and 5 of 10 free throws during the game.

Lakewood was led by Jelly Perry’s 17 points and Emily Senyitko added 15. Lakewood fell to 0-0 overall while Nooksack Valley High School improved their record to 4-6.

Nooksack Valley High School will travel to Bellingham High School on Monday Jan. 16 at 7:15pm to play Bellingham.
