Nooksack Valley High School’s Katrina Gimmaka led all scorers with 15 points as the Pioneers beat Ferndale 53-43 in a game at Nooksack Valley High School.”

Gimmaka’s points came on 4 field goals and 7 of 9 free throws during the game.

Ferndale was led by Darrien Camarillo’s 12 points and Emma Hindes added 9. Ferndale fell to 0-0 overall while Nooksack Valley High School improved their record to 6-7.

Nooksack Valley High School will host Burlington Edison on Thursday Jan. 26 at 6:00pm.
