East Valley’s Elle Burland led all scorers with 20 points as the Knights beat Cheney 62-40 in a game at Cheney HS.”

Burland’s points came on 5 field goals, 3 three pointers and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Cheney was led by Holly Flynn’s 10 points and Aijia Loffredi added 9. Cheney fell to 2-2 overall while East Valley improved their record to 6-4.

Cheney’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Feb. 4 at 2:00pm versus Clarkston. East Valley will host West Valley on Wednesday Feb. 15 at 5:54pm.
