Ferris Saxons defeat Mt. Spokane Wildcats 74-63 in Washington high school basketball game

Ferris Point Guard Kayla Jones led the way with 22 points as the Saxons beat Mt. Spokane Wildcats 74-63 in a game at Ferris High School.

Jones’ points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Sloane Gardner added 26. Mt. Spokane fell to 2-10 overall while Ferris improved their record to 6-5.

Mt. Spokane’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 12 versus Gonzaga Prep. Ferris will host Lewis & Clark on Wednesday Jan. 10
