Yelm Combo Guard Maddie Plevyak led all scorers with 25 points as the Tornados beat Central Kitsap Cougars 66-26 in a game at Central Kitsap High School .

Plevyak’s points came on 7 field goals, 2 three pointers and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Jada Koop added 6. Central Kitsap fell to 0-1 overall while Yelm improved their record to 6-2.

Yelm will host Puyallup on Friday Dec. 27 at 4:00pm.
