St. George’s’ Cambrie Rickard led all scorers with 21 points as the Dragons beat Medical Lake Cardinals 53-44 in a game at Medical Lake High School.

Lexie Redell added 12. Medical Lake fell to 0-4 overall while St. George’s improved their record to 1-0.

Medical Lake’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 17 at 7:15pm versus Lakeside.
