Newport’s Alika Robinson led the way with 20 points as the Grizzlies beat Chewelah Cougars 50-36 in a game at Chewelah, WA.

Natalie Rose Sheppard added 6. Chewelah fell to 0-3 overall while Newport improved their record to 1-0.

Chewelah’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 10 at 6:00pm versus Liberty. Newport will travel to on Friday Dec. 13 at 6:30pm to play Eastlake.
