Wapato cruises by Toppenish 69-47

Wapato’s J Sutterlict led all scorers with 33 points as the Wolves beat Toppenish 69-47 in a game at Toppenish .”

Sutterlict’s points came on 8 field goals, 4 three pointers and 5 of 7 free throws during the game.

Toppenish was led by Jennifer Johnson’s 19 points and Kassandra Tellez added 8. Toppenish fell to 1-1 overall while Wapato improved their record to 0-0.

Toppenish’s next game is scheduled to be played at Ephrata High School on Friday Dec. 8 at 5:45pm versus Ephrata. Wapato will host Ephrata on Saturday Dec. 9 at 5:45pm.
