Ferris Wing Mayson Younger led the way with 14 points as the Saxons beat Shadle Park Highlanders 55-40 in a game.

Younger’s points came on 3 field goals and 8 of 13 free throws during the game.

Katelyn Pomerinke added 11. Shadle Park fell to 2-9 overall while Ferris improved their record to 1-8.

Shadle Park’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 12 at 5:30pm versus Mead. Ferris will travel to Mt Spokane HS on Friday Jan. 12 at 5:30pm to play Mt. Spokane.
