Selah’s Ashley Shurtleff led all scorers with 24 points as the Vikings beat Toppenish 50-46 in a game at Toppenish .”

Shurtleff’s points came on 9 field goals and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

Toppenish was led by Jennifer Johnson’s 25 points and Sierra Asbell added 10. Toppenish fell to 1-2 overall while Selah improved their record to 1-0.

Toppenish’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Dec. 16 at 5:45pm versus Ellensburg. Selah will host Ephrata on Friday Dec. 15 at 5:45pm.
