PROSSER Girls’ Marissa Cotres led the way with 16 points as the Mustangs beat Ephrata 56-44 in a game at Prosser HS.”

Cotres’ points came on 3 field goals, 2 three pointers and 4 of 9 free throws during the game.

Ephrata was led by Katelyn Ostrowski’s 18 points and Madison Martin added 6. Ephrata fell to 9-8 overall while PROSSER Girls improved their record to 14-2.

Ephrata’s next game is scheduled to be played at Othello High School on Saturday Jan. 27 at 5:45pm versus Othello. PROSSER Girls will host Grandview on Tuesday Jan. 23 at 5:45pm.
