Wapato edges East Valley 62-61

Wapato’s Chehalis Aleck led all scorers with 20 points as the Wolves beat East Valley 62-61 in a game at East Valley HS.”

Aleck’s points came on 6 field goals and 8 of 10 free throws during the game.

East Valley was led by Sydnee Hooker’s 17 points and Delanea Bivins added 15. East Valley fell to 11-5 overall while Wapato improved their record to 12-2.

East Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at Quincy HS on Saturday Jan. 20 at 5:45pm versus Quincy. Wapato will travel to Selah HS on Saturday Jan. 20 at 5:45pm to play Selah.
