Grandview cruises by Othello 83-42

Grandview’s Michelle Ruiz led all scorers with 23 points as the Greyhounds beat Othello 83-42 in a game at Othello HS.”

Ruiz’s points came on 5 field goals, 3 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Othello was led by Macy Hampton’s 22 points and Rilee Heist added 8. Othello fell to 3-12 overall while Grandview improved their record to 5-9.

Othello’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Jan. 27 at 5:45pm versus Ephrata. Grandview will travel to Prosser HS on Tuesday Jan. 23 at 5:45pm to play PROSSER Girls.
