Central Valley Bears cruises by Mead Panthers 68-34 in Washington high school basketball game

Central Valley Guard Tomekia Whitman led all scorers with 18 points as the Bears beat Mead Panthers 68-34 in a game at Mead HS.

Whitman’s points came on 8 field goals and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Jessa Smith added 6. Mead fell to 4-6 overall while Central Valley improved their record to 6-1.

Mead’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Dec. 22 at 1:06pm versus Richland. Central Valley will host Moses Lake on Saturday Dec. 29 at 3:30pm.
