Ferris Saxons cruises by Rogers Pirates 71-14 in Washington high school basketball game

Ferris Guard Payton Royston led all scorers with 13 points as the Saxons beat Rogers Pirates 71-14 in a game.

Royston’s points came on 2 field goals and 3 three pointers during the game.

Ziona Combs added 4. Rogers fell to 0-17 overall while Ferris improved their record to 7-11.

Rogers’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 29 at 5:30pm versus North Central. Ferris will host Central Valley on Tuesday Jan. 29 at 5:30pm.
