Yelm Tornados crushes Franklin Pierce Cardinals 55-28 in Washington high school basketball game

Yelm Combo Guard Maddie Plevyak led all scorers with 16 points as the Tornados beat Franklin Pierce Cardinals 55-28 in a game at Yelm High School.

Plevyak’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Katy Cook added 6. while Yelm improved their record to 4-1.

Franklin Pierce’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 7 at 7:00pm versus Charles Wright. Yelm will host North Thurston on Wednesday Dec. 5 at 7:00pm.
