Chewelah Cougars beat Kettle Falls Bulldogs 52-40 in Washington high school basketball game

Chewelah’s Alyssa Fitzgerald led all scorers with 19 points as the Cougars beat Kettle Falls Bulldogs 52-40 in a game at Chewelah.

Fitzgerald’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 5 of 8 free throws during the game.

Mya Edwards added 11. Kettle Falls fell to 0-1 overall while Chewelah improved their record to 4-2.

Chewelah will travel to Cusick on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 5:30pm to play Cusick.
