Chewelah Cougars edges Riverside Rams 47-45 in Washington high school basketball game

Chewelah’s Alyssa Fitzgerald led all scorers with 19 points as the Cougars beat Riverside Rams 47-45 in a game at Chewelah.

Fitzgerald’s points came on 3 field goals, 1 three pointer and 10 of 15 free throws during the game.

Brittney Zeinhert added 10. while Chewelah improved their record to 3-2.

Riverside’s next game is scheduled to be played at Medical Lake High School on Saturday Dec. 15 at 5:45pm versus Medical Lake. Chewelah will host Kettle Falls on Friday Dec. 14 at 6:00pm.
