Deer Park Stags crushes Chewelah Cougars 42-19 in Washington high school basketball game

Deer Park Guard Hava Fairbanks led all scorers with 15 points as the Stags beat Chewelah Cougars 42-19 in a game at Chewelah.

Fairbanks’ points came on 2 field goals, 1 three pointer and 8 of 8 free throws during the game.

Alyssa Fitzgerald added 4. Chewelah fell to 0-1 overall.

Chewelah’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Dec. 1 at 5:30pm versus Selkirk. Deer Park will host Freeman on Tuesday Dec. 11 at 7:15pm.
