Nooksack Valley Guard Jenna Tenkley led all scorers with 21 points as the Pioneers beat Coupeville Wolves 64-41 in a game at Nooksack Valley High School.

Tenkley’s points came on 2 field goals, 4 three pointers and 5 of 8 free throws during the game.

Chelsea Prescott added 9. Coupeville fell to 0-1 overall while Nooksack Valley improved their record to 6-2.

Coupeville’s next game is scheduled to be played at Nooksack on Saturday Dec. 22 at 2:00pm versus Nooksack Valley. Nooksack Valley will travel to Sedro Woolley High School on Wednesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm to play Sedro Woolley.
