Burlington-Edison Tigers defeat Nooksack Valley Pioneers 57-39 in Washington high school basketball game

Burlington Edison’s Katie King led all scorers with 17 points as the Tigers beat Nooksack Valley Pioneers 57-39 in a game at Burlington-Edison High School.

King’s points came on 7 field goals and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Jenna Tenkley added 7. Nooksack Valley fell to 12-7 overall while Burlington Edison improved their record to 16-3.

Nooksack Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at Blaine High School on Friday Feb. 1 at 7:15pm versus Blaine. Burlington Edison will travel to Squalicum High School on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7:35pm to play Squalicum.
