Grandview Wing Michelle Ruiz led all scorers with 18 points as the Greyhounds beat Toppenish Wildcats 61-47 in a game at Grandview HS.

Ruiz’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Kassandra Tellez added 9. Toppenish fell to 2-14 overall while Grandview improved their record to 12-4.

Toppenish’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Jan. 19 at 5:45pm versus Prosser Girls. Grandview will travel to Selah HS on Saturday Jan. 19 at 5:45pm to play Selah.
