Yelm Tornados crushes Mark Morris Monarchs 84-33 in Washington high school basketball game

Yelm Shooting Guard My Kel Jones led all scorers with 19 points as the Tornados beat Mark Morris Monarchs 84-33 in a game at Lower Columbia Community College.

Jones’ points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 4 free throws during the game.

Lily Koski Haase added 6. Mark Morris fell to 0-15 overall while Yelm improved their record to 9-7.

Mark Morris’ next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 7:00pm versus Columbia River. Yelm will travel to Central Kitsap High School on Wednesday Jan. 23 at 7:00pm to play Central Kitsap.
