Medical Lake Cardinals cruises by Riverside Rams 74-28 in Washington high school basketball game

Medical Lake’s Ellie Acord led all scorers with 16 points as the Cardinals beat Riverside Rams 74-28 in a game at Riverside High School.

Acord’s points came on 5 field goals and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

Sam Riggles added 10. Riverside fell to 4-12 overall while Medical Lake improved their record to 12-5.

Riverside’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 5:30pm versus Lakeside. Medical Lake will host Deer Park on Friday Jan. 25 at 5:30pm.
