PROSSER Girls Mustangs defeat Othello Huskies 62-46 in Washington high school basketball game

Prosser Girls’ Marissa Cotres led the way with 19 points as the Mustangs beat Othello Huskies 62-46 in a game at Othello High School.

Cotres’ points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 6 free throws during the game.

Maciah Tovar added 8. Othello fell to 0-4 overall while Prosser Girls improved their record to 5-1.

Othello’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Saturday Dec. 15 at 7:15pm versus Wapato. Prosser Girls will host Toppenish on Saturday Dec. 15 at 5:45pm.
