PROSSER Girls Mustangs edges Ellensburg Bulldogs 57-54 in Washington basketball game

Prosser Girls’ Marissa Cotres led all scorers with 15 points as the Mustangs beat Ellensburg Bulldogs 57-54 in a game at Prosser High School.

Cotres’ points came on 4 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Dylan Phillip added 11. Ellensburg fell to 10-4 overall while Prosser Girls improved their record to 11-3.

Ellensburg’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Saturday Jan. 12 at 7:15pm versus Wapato. Prosser Girls will travel to Quincy High School on Saturday Jan. 12 at 5:45pm to play Quincy.
