Central Valley Bears defeat Lewis & Clark Tigers 72-61 in Washington high school basketball game

Central Valley Guard Tomekia Whitman led all scorers with 23 points as the Bears beat Lewis & Clark Tigers 72-61 in a game at CVHS.

Whitman’s points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 6 of 8 free throws during the game.

Andie Zylak added 12. Lewis & Clark fell to 10-2 overall while Central Valley improved their record to 9-2.

Lewis & Clark’s next game is scheduled to be played at Central Valley High School on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 7:15pm versus Central Valley. Central Valley will host Lewis & Clark on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 7:15pm.
