Roosevelt Roughriders edges Peninsula Seahawks 60-56 in Washington high school basketball game

Roosevelt Guard Karmelah Dean led all scorers with 28 points as the Roughriders beat Peninsula Seahawks 60-56 in a game at Tacoma Dome.

Dean’s points came on 8 field goals, 3 three pointers and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Linsey Lovrovich added 11. Peninsula fell to 18-6 overall while Roosevelt improved their record to 15-7.

Peninsula’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Feb. 27 at 12:15pm versus Roosevelt. Roosevelt will travel to Tacoma Dome on Wednesday Feb. 27 at 12:15pm to play Peninsula.
