La Crosse Central Red Raiders cruises by Holmen Vikings 28-7 in WI high school football game

La Crosse Central High School quarterback Gabe Servais picked up 173 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to help the La Crosse Central Red Raiders to a 28-7 win over the Holmen Vikings on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Red Raiders also received crucial efforts from wide receiver ANTHONY JONES who rushed 12 times for 66 yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Ruben Smith who caught 6 passes for 39 yards.

Holmen’s quarterback Bennett Schild threw for 21 yards, running back John Faherty picked up 50 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and wide receiver Calen Williams had 17 receiving yards.

The win helps La Crosse Central improve to 6-2 on the season while Holmen falls to 7-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

La Crosse Central travels to Onalaska, WI to challenge the Onalaska Hilltoppers on Friday October 16. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
