Lance Lynn's Wife Cooks the Dodgers Pitcher in Instagram Post

Boom, roasted.

There's no love lost in the Lynn household! Dodgers pitcher Lance Lynn brought home a very un-prestigious (and unofficial) award this season as the most homer-prone pitcher in baseball. He served up 44 (!) long balls over 32 starts and allowed 4 more in his lone playoff appearance.

Thankfully for him he has a good attitude about the situation. In one part, he hates giving up all those bombs. But the other part being that he's willing to laugh at himself for it. Case in point, his wife Dymin took to her social media account recently where she flamed her hubby while he was feeling out his new pitching tunnel.

“Don't worry guys, we put a pitching tunnel in our new house so Lance won't give up the most homers in a season,” she wrote on social media.

If that ain't love...

Despite his struggles, Lynn figures to be one of the more attractive free agents on the second tier this offseason, if he makes it that far. The Dodgers hold an $18 million contract option for the 2024 season that they are rumored to be seriously considering exercising.

The veteran right-hander is still one of the better innings eaters in game -- even at age 36. His 183.2 innings pitched were good for 23rd most in baseball, 33 IP behind the far and away leader Logan Webb who tossed 216 innings for the Giants.

Where ever he does end up, let's hope that this tunnel helps him figure out that homer problem.
