Cole Holcomb's Deal Worth $18 With Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers finalize their deal with Cole Holcomb.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers agreed to terms with inside linebacker Cole Holcomb, and after a passed physical, the former Washington Commander joins the team on a three-year, $18 million with a $6 million annual salary, according to ESPN's Brooke Pryor.

Holcomb comes to the Steelers along with former Miami Dolphins Elandon Roberts. Pittsburgh also released Myles Jack, leaving the two free agent signings and second-year player Mark Robinson as their inside linebackers.

Holcomb underwent a physical to test the recovery of his foot after he underwent surgery in December. Prior to his Week 7 injury, he had 69 tackles. The year prior, he recorded 142 tackles, two interceptions and seven pass deflections.

The 26-year-old has 48 starts during his four-year career with 388 tackles and three career interceptions.
