Jeremy Clarkson Shares Hilarious Response To Lewis Hamilton's Ferrari Debut

British journalist and TV personality Jeremy Clarkson has taken a light-hearted jab at Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton as he shared a humorous Instagram post following Hamilton's arrival at Ferrari.
In a witty parody, Clarkson posted a photo of himself standing in front of a Range Rover while wearing a suit with an overcoat over his shoulders, captioned "Lewis Clarkilton."
The image mirrored Hamilton's own widely-circulated debut image at Ferrari's Maranello headquarters, where he was seen standing next to a Ferrari F40, similarly dressed in a dark pinstripe suit with an overcoat. The British driver shared:
"There are some days that you know you’ll remember forever and today, my first as a Ferrari driver, is one of those days. I’ve been lucky enough to have achieved things in my career I never thought possible, but part of me has always held on to that dream of racing in red. I couldn’t be happier to realise that dream today.
"Today we start a new era in the history of this iconic team, and I can’t wait to see what story we will write together."
Jeremy Clarkson, known for his straightforward and often controversial opinions, is often seen in the F1 paddock and has been featured in Sky Sports grid walk with Martin Brundle. The former Top Gear host also sometimes writes about Formula 1 in his column for The Sun. He shared his views last year after Carlos Sainz won the Australian Grand Prix following surgery for appendicitus. He wrote at the time:
“Just a few days after having his appendix out, Ferrari Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz flew to Australia, climbed into his car and won the race.
"Naturally, many people saw this as a heroic display of stiff-upper-lip determination and spunk.
“I wonder, though. We keep being told that these F1 cars are road-going fighter jets. That they are a volcanic o**y of noise and G-forces. And that you need to be superhuman to control one.
“Really? I only ask because Carlos, pictured in hospital, was plainly in some discomfort before the race but he seemed to manage for nearly two hours in the car.
“Which leads me to believe that walking up to a Formula 1 car is actually harder these days than driving it.”
