Red Bull F1 Hints At Imminent Announcement Ahead Of Season Launch

Red Bull Racing has hinted at a big announcement slated for tomorrow, February 12, just as the anticipation for the 2025 F1 season builds.
The Milton Keynes-based squad shared a video to social media of four-time champion Max Verstappen walking into an dark, empty space with the caption "12.02.2025. #RedBullRacing #Castore #BetterNeverStops."
Castore is Red Bull's apparel partner so it is likely going to be the 2025 team kit reveal, although this has not been confirmed yet.
Red Bull heads into the 2025 season with a new driver line-up. The team decided to part ways with Mexican driver Sergio Perez after the 2024 season due to performance issues and have promoted junior driver Liam Lawson to the seat alongside Verstappen. The team will also be dealing with the absence of Adrian Newey and Jonathan Wheatley. Speaking about the changes, team chief Christian Horner recently explained:
"There's only two going and obviously, Adrian left in Miami, so we haven't seen him. He's been working on the RB17 since then, so he's not been working on any F1 projects.
"Obviously, sad to see them go. They’ve both played important roles in the team over their tenure in the team.
“But the show goes on, and I think we’ve got the strength and depth we’ve got. We have that and arguably 2026 – what we're gearing up for in 2026 with our own power unit – is by far the biggest challenge and the most ambitious project this team has ever taken on.
"So, 2025, Jonathan will step off the pitwall, but other than that, everything remains the same."
This announcement comes ahead of the F1 75 event, which will be held in London on February 18 at the O2 Arena. The event, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the sport, will host all ten F1 teams and reveal the liveries for the 2025 season.
