Mario Craver is down to 10 programs where he could potentially play college football, and Alabama is one of them.

Craver is a consensus 4-star recruit from Pinson, Ala. who plays wide receiver for Clay-Chalkville High School.

In addition to Alabama, Craver is also considering Miami, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Texas A&M, Florida, Louisville, Florida State and LSU.

After watching his tape, Craver is a precise route-runner who is efficient in his movements. The issue he may have at the next level, however, is that he's slight of frame. His quickness in the open field allows him to get yards after the catch, but he'll benefit from putting on weight as he prepares to play Power 5 football.

At 5 feet, 9 nine inches, Craver is also relatively undersized, but if he adds weight, he should find a role sooner than later at the next level.

An interesting factor about Craver's recruitment is that he hasn't taken a visit to Alabama yet. As an in-state recruit, that will likely change over the summer before he makes a final decision. And if Nick Saban decides he's a good fit, it'll be hard for Craver to say no.
