Alabama Softball fifth-year senior Montana Fouts has been selected to the 2023 USA Softball Women’s National Team roster that will compete this summer at the WBSC World Cup in Ireland.

This will be Fouts’ second year competing with Team USA, previously helping guide the team to a gold medal at last summer’s World Games in Birmingham, Ala. The 16 selected athletes will represent Team USA at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Cup in its Group A event July 11-15 in Fingal-Dublin, Ireland. The U.S. will be joined in Group A by Chinese Taipei, Australia, Great Britain, Ireland and Botswana.
