New day, new threads.

On Monday, Alabama basketball unveiled its newest uniform, paying homage to the team's heritage while embracing a contemporary aesthetic.

The alternate uniform featured a bold, asymmetrical design with the words "Crimson" and "Tide" spaced out above one another on the front while a crimson number with white lining completed the look. The jersey boasted a streamlined fit and cutting-edge fabric technology, highlighting both style and performance. The shorts complemented the jersey with dynamic crimson, white and gray piping and a subtle nod to the team's storied history with the iconic "Block-A" logo over a primary white base color.

Prior to the reveal, the Alabama Men's Basketball X account had been buzzing with excitement leading up to the big reveal. Teaser images, videos and cryptic messages had fans speculating about what the new alternate uniform might look like.

After the team's release video dropped, the excitement on social media reached a fever pitch. Fans flooded X with reactions, emojis, and GIFs, expressing their admiration for the fresh new look and their confidence in the team's upcoming SEC run.

Currently, Alabama has a week off after a grueling start to conference play. The No. 15 Crimson Tide won’t play again until Saturday, where Alabama will take on Buzz Williams' Texas A&M squad inside Coleman Coliseum. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. CT.
