FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Sam Pittman and the Razorback coaching staff are beginning to zero in on prospective talent for the upcoming 2025 class. Arkansas currently holds commitments from three juniors in quarterback Grayson Wilson, running back Jamarion Parker and kicker Evan Noel.

One of Arkansas' top targets, defensive lineman Lance Jackson, came off the board on Sunday when he announced his commitment to Texas following a visit this weekend. Of course, the Texarkana, Texas native is brother to current Razorback standout edge rusher Landon Jackson.

QUARTERBACK
Grayson Allen, Central Arkansas Christian, COMMITTED

The possibility of Arkansas going for two quarterbacks is still alive. However, Wilson is already entrenched as the mouthpiece with recruits. Quarterbacks are usually the vocal leader of a class and it certainly feels this way with the Mustangs star quarterback. He grew two inches over the span of football season and now stands at 6-foot-4, which is around the size that current offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino covets in his passers.

RUNNING BACK
Jamarion Parker, St. Louis, COMMITTED
Monterrio Elston, Little Rock Parkview

Observing recent history, Pittman's staff has a reputation of taking two running backs per class. But, Arkansas might lose one prior to signing day. Getting a commitment from the 4-star Parker was a big boost before the season. The Razorbacks just offered Elston a few weeks ago. He possesses exceptional game-breaking speed.

WIDE RECEIVER
Cooper Perry, Scottsdale, Arizona
Kelshaun Johnson, Hitchcock, Texas
Dylan Robinson, Bonita, California
Damien Long, Burleson, Texas

This position group could have a different look once Petrino and new receivers coach Ronnie Fouch develop a plan of attack. Big bodied receivers could still be used and the Razorbacks offered a solid pair in 4-star Kelshaun Johnson and Dylan Robinson. Both stand at 6-feet plus and have plenty of speed.

Johnson visited Texas last weekend and was also extended an offer from Arkansas this past week. Robinson received an offer from the Razorbacks on Thursday following a school visit from Arkansas defensive coordinator Travis Williams.

TIGHT END
De'Saahn Brame, Derby, Kansas
Nate Roberts, Washington, Oklahoma

Both are solid regional targets, but the recruiting front at the position has been very quiet with key returns of Luke Hasz and Ty Washington. Tight end is a position of excellent depth, including former North Texas transfer Var'Keyes Gumms and Shamar Easter. Arkansas signed Andreas Plaaske during the early period. Although his stats don't pop off the sheet, he is a solid run blocker which is what he will be brought in to do.

OFFENSIVE TACKLE
Jack Lange, Eureka, Missouri
Tavaris Dice, Fairburn, Georgia
Owen Strebig, Waukesha, Wisconsin
Dontrell Glover, Fairburn, Georgia
Logan Schram, Boerne, Texas
Brock Heath, Overland Park, Kansas
Blake Cherry, Owasso, Oklahoma
RyShawn Perry, Covington, Georgia

Lange visited during the Jan. 20 Junior Day weekend while Dice received an offer earlier in the week. Strebig received an offer from Arkansas shortly after the arrival of Eric Mateos, who offered the 4-star while at Baylor.

Arkansas continues to recruit the state of Georgia aggressively and Dice is one of those prospects the Razorbacks are hopeful to land. The 6-foot-4, 285 pounder holds offers from the likes of Florida, Georgia, Auburn, LSU and a slew of others.

ATHLETE
Quentin Murphy, Little Rock Parkview

Another Parkview prospect to look out for is Murphy. The former Joe T. Robinson quarterback decided to transfer across Little Rock to begin the new year. The Patriots are beginning to develop several high-end prospects and Murphy provides a unique skillset as a high school quarterback. The 6-foot-1, 205 pounder holds offers from the likes of Ole Miss, Alabama, Georgia, Louisville, Oklahoma and Oregon. According to 247sports, he is predicted to land with Rebels.

Murphy passed for 892 yards and 13 touchdowns for Robinson last season. He tacked on 697 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.
