Auburn football working to flip four-star TE from Gus Malzahn and UCF

In this story:
Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers are trying to flip a commitment away from Gus Malzahn.
According to On3, the Tigers are working to flip four-star tight end Kylan Fox from the UCF Knights. Fox committed to UCF over Florida State earlier this year, but Auburn has been in hot pursuit of Fox since.
This is what On3's Chad Simmons had to say about the recruitment of Fox and Auburn's involvement:
"Auburn is working to flip Kylan Fox from UCF. When Fox committed to UCF in the summer, it was over Florida State. The four-star tight end out of Loganville (Ga.) Grayson has been communicating with Auburn more and more in recent weeks, and he was on the Plains Saturday night. Louisville is another school on his radar and he may be back at Georgia Tech this coming weekend. Auburn though, is a school to watch and Fox is expected back for the Iron Bowl next month."
The 6-foot-4, 208-pound tight end is the No. 303 overall prospect nationally and the No. 21 tight end in the 2024 class according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
According to 247Sports' director of scouting Andrew Ivins, the lanky Fox "owns a bigger catch radius, but needs to keep improving the hands." Fox also plays EDGE rusher at Grayson High School.
