Justin Greene, four-star DL, talks about his recruitment with Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina

Greene mentioned his big three of Auburn, Georgia and South Carolina.

The football season is rapidly approaching, and this means the recruitment of some big-time prospects could be ending soon, as they want to be committed before their senior season of high school football.

Justin Greene, a four-star DL from Mountain View, Georgia, is one of the biggest names in the state, as he is ranked as the 13th-best player in Georgia. Greene is being pursued by some elite programs as Georgia, LSU, Auburn, and South Carolina are the top teams in his recruitment. Greene talks about how he stands with each team, all of which came to see his first spring practice.

Greene was asked how he felt about Georgia and his relationship with UGA DL Coach Tray Scott. Greene spoke highly of both saying, "It has been pretty good (the relationship with Scott), he has been on me pretty heavy. We text back and forth, and I recently went up to their facility and broke down some plays and game film. I'm liking it pretty much."

Greene moved on to Auburn, saying "I didn't get much time to talk to them much, they showed up kind of late, but I like Auburn. Auburn has been on me pretty heavily. Me and Coach Garrett have been talking a lot."

Greene moved onto the topic of his official visits and commitment, "June is when all my officials, every weekend I am going to be somewhere else. I want to be committed around late July or early August, probably before the season starts." Greene in fact does have all visits scheduled for June. Georgia receives the first on June 2nd, South Carolina on June 9th, Auburn on June 16th, and LSU on June 23rd.

The season begins for the Mountain View Bears on August 18th. Assuming Greene sticks to his plans the elite defensive lineman could be in the boat for any of these SEC programs by his first game.
