Auburn WR Jay Fair says Tigers' have each others backs while offense struggles

In this story:
Auburn's passing game has not been one of the team's strong points so far this season.
Between uncertainty at the quarterback position, learning curves in the play calling and inconsistency at wide receiver, the offense has struggled to establish an identity.
Sophomore wide receiver Jay Fair is leading the team in receptions and receiving yards so far this season. He talked about why he feels the team is struggling to pass the ball and what can be done to remedy it.
"Just come up to them and let them know that we're here for them," Fair said on how the receivers can help both quarterbacks. "We're all struggling right now, so I think it's just a matter of having each other's back and trying to do the title things right day in and day out."
Fair addressed the mental errors that have been present at different points this season and what has been causing them as well as what can be done to fix them.
"We're putting new things in week in and week out," Fair said. "We just take what we can get and really settle in with it, making sure we got the concepts right before we go out and play. I say we just need more attention to detail in our group."
There has been a lot of conversation surrounding the quarterback rotation. Fair talked about what the situation has been like for the wide receivers.
"As far as the wideouts, we take it as what it is and try to do the best we can to win games," Fair said. "We look at it as a positive thing for us to do what we can with the situation we're put in."
Fair has been one of Auburn's most consistent receivers so far this season and that is likely to continue.
