WATCH: Auburn wide receiver Shedrick Jackson runs a 4.25 40-yard dash at Pro Day
Auburn wide receiver Shedrick Jackson turned on the burners during Auburn football's 2023 pro day.
Jackson, who played five seasons for the Tigers, finished his career with 66 receptions for 874 receiving yards and one touchdown. His 2021 season ended up being his best (40 rec. 527 yards, one touchdown).
Not only did Jackson show off the wheels during the pro day, but he also showed his hops - displaying a 38.5-inch vertical as well.
The fastest 40-yard dash ever recorded at the NFL Combine is John Ross' 4.22 in 2017. If accurate, Jackson's 40-yard dash would be the fifth-fastest of all time if recorded at the NFL Combine.
You can watch his 40-time below.
While he may not be seen on draft boards, the wide receiver's speed and agility should be noted. Jackson also spent time during pro day catching passes from former Auburn and NFL quarterback Cam Newton.
