WATCH: Alex McPherson hits game-tying field goal in A-Day

The offense ended up tying with the defense in Hugh Freeze’s first spring game with the Tigers.

Alex McPherson is already beginning to show why he may be next up in a long line of great Auburn kickers.

McPherson nailed the game-tying field goal as time expired in the Tigers’ spring game. The defense began the afternoon with 24 points, and the offense managed to even that total over the course of the 60-minute scrimmage - all thanks to McPherson.
