What's the closest Airbnb to Jordan-Hare Stadium?

In this story:
Let's say you'd like to book an Airbnb for a football gameday at Auburn University.
For one reason or another, whether it be because of travel circumstances, desire, or ability to provide the funds necessary, what if you want to be as close to Jordan-Hare Stadium as physically possible?
Recently I was asked where the closest Airbnb was to Jordan-Hare Stadium, and thankfully I now have my answer.
The Auburn Gameday Center is a building I frequently go past on my way to Auburn related events. It's on North Donahue Drive and is a straight walk to Jordan-Hare.
The location is one bed (a queen-sized Murphy bed), one bath, and is a 0.3 mile walk from the stadium.
Let's say you wanted to book this for the Iron Bowl. Unfortunately, the studio is not available from November 9th all the way through December.
If you could book it for Auburn vs Alabama, it would be $648 a night. I don't make the rules.
A all recent five-star reviews describe the location as "perfect," "just right," "thoughtfully arranged," and "a great spot."
What if you wanted two beds instead of one with a similar walk?
Well, for 0.4 miles of walking, two bedrooms, three total beds, and two parking passes, you can get a condo for $850 a night (for the Iron Bowl) adjacent to our loft.
I'd like to point out that these prices significantly drop on days that aren't Iron Bowl related. These are reasonable people.
Technically, if we forget about the last weekend of November, there is a three bed, two bath apartment that is extremely close to Jordan-Hare that is only $250 a night. This is the closest to JHS on the Airbnb map.
On a non-gameday, there are numerous options near downtown that are open for stay.
