BYU took care of business with a 41-16 win over Southern Utah on Saturday afternoon. The offense found some momentum after scoring just 14 points in the season opener. Here are the 10 highest-graded individual players from BYU's win according to Pro Football Focus (minimum of 10 snaps played).

1. Kedon Slovis - 90.5

BYU quarterback Kedon Slovis was the best player on the field according to Pro Football Focus. Slovis finished with five total touchdowns and a final grade of 90.5.

Slovis was credited with four big-time throws. A big-time throw is defined as "a pass with excellent ball location and timing, generally thrown further down the field and/or into a tighter window."

Slovis was excellent, especially when he had time to throw. It might be time for BYU fans to be concerned about the offensive line. Slovis was pressured 16 times against Southern Utah.

2. Isaac Rex - 82.7

Veteran tight end Isaac Rex was Slovis' top target on Saturday. Rex caught four passes for 112 yards and a touchdown. Rex had a 65-yard reception - that is tied for the eighth longest reception by a tight end in BYU history.

Rex was also effective as a run blocker. He made the key block on the touchdown run by Deion Smith. Rex finished with a final grade of 82.7.

3. Darius Lassiter - 82.0

Darius Lassiter finished with five receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown. Lassiter is becoming one of the most reliable players on BYU's offense. He uses his big frame to create a lot of throwing windows for Slovis.

4. Chase Roberts - 81.3

Chase Roberts finished with a team-high six receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown. Like Lassiter, Roberts is one of the most reliable players on the offense. He has sure hands and he runs good routes. He created 10 yards of separation on his touchdown reception.

5. Caden Haws - 73.9

Caden Haws played just 26 snaps but he was the highest-graded player on defense. Haws finished with one QB hit and three stops. A stop is defined as "a tackle that constitute a 'failure' for the offense."

6. Tyler Batty - 73.6

Tyler Batty finished with a team-high three quarterback hits. He also finished with the best run defense grade (77.7).

7. Blake Mangelson - 73.5

What if I told you backup defensive end Blake Mangelson was the highest-graded player on BYU's defense through two games? Mangelson has been effective in limited opportunities. He played 17 snaps on Saturday and he was credited with two stops.

8. Max Tooley - 73.0

Linebacker Max Tooley tied for a team-high in stops with three. Tooley is one of the most physical players on BYU's defense.

10. LJ Martin - 70.9

BYU true freshman running back LJ Martin led BYU in rushing for the second consecutive week. Martin finished with 27 yards on 6 carries. Martin is making the case to be the starting running back for BYU.
